Lodging 

The tournament hotel is the Best Western Executive Hotel located near I-64 & W. Broad Street. They will offer a $70 flat rate for up to four occupants.  The rate includes a free breakfast and we will also have coffee on campus.  The hotel has wireless internet.  They are located at 7007 West Broad Street, Richmond, VA 2329, behind the Famous Dave’s and Sheetz. Our contact is Shantelle Jefferson and you should mention the "University of Richmond Debate Tournament" to obtain the group rate. The cut-off date for the group rate is toward the end of September (17th) and rooms are limited so register/reserve rooms early.  Pairings will be available on campus. We will post the lists of clearing teams at the hotel on Sunday night. ALL JUDGES ARE OBLIGATED THROUGH MONDAY MORNING.
