The day-by-day schedule includes small group discussion, mini-debates, full practice debates, theory lectures, topic lectures, recreation time, rebuttal re-dos, faculty consultations on specific skills, electives, and more. For copyright purposes, our specific schedule innovations are not posted here. The actual schedule will be far more varied and diverse--this is the very basic initial draft. If you would like to view last summer's actual schedule, please contact us. It really is the best combination of practice, theory, research, and application you will find at any workshop.
Program Fees Detailed
Tuition for the URNDI 2009 sessions includes:- $250 Nonrefundable Deposit
- Individual copies of group evidence (usually over 200 pages in L-D and 500 in policy...per week)
- Residence hall lodging
- Full meal plan
- Access to on campus facilities such as the library, Tyler Haynes
Commons, and University computer labs.
The nonrefundable deposit is applied toward tuition.

Scholarship Assistance
The Debate Team offers a limited number of small scholarships for qualifying URNDI participants. Students must apply (and include payment of the $250 deposit) to be considered and must include a detailed letter indicating special financial circumstances that might prevent them from otherwise attending. Location
The URNDI Debate Workshop is held in Thomas Hall on the campus of the University of Richmond. Registration will be held outside of Thomas Hall. Directions to the University of Richmond and a campus map are available (Thomas is #7 on the campus map).
